Introduction: Congenital lipoid adrenal hyperplasia (lipoid CAH), is a rare subtypes of adrenal hyperplasia yet the most fatal form, which seriously disrupts adrenal and gonadal steroidogenesis by a defect in the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone.
